One 2 One Running
Are you new to running, looking to get fit or are you looking to train for a particular event whether it is a 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon or Ultra and want One 2 One Training then look no further, contact us.
Between Sarah (30+ years experience) and David (12+ years experience) they have over 40 years experience in running. David & Sarah both hold the UK Athletics LIRF Qualification. Sarah and David will help you in your new journey to Believe and Achieve your goals in a fun environment surrounded by the beauty of Cannock Chase.
What you get?
We will guide you through your journey taking you on one 2 one training runs to help you believe in your ability to achieve your goals. Your training will dependant on your goals but may include speed work, hill work & long runs.
We will continually assess your progress against your goals and make any necessary changes as required to keep you on track to achieve your goals.
Your training will take place in a fun environment taking in the beauty of Cannock Chase.
Tips & Advice
We have many years experience in running and will happily give you tips and advice on how to reach your goals.
